At home late yesterday night after a some delay and a late taxi trip. Gieten was fast as usual. I had ok legs but a stop in the sand and i was out of the front group. We had Fabian and Henk in the front so my day in the second group was not so hectic. I finished 10th and happy to be done racing this year. I will still keep riding one more week and then take some well deserved rest before going into training mode again.
I be back with reflektion and thoughts about 2011.

Crazy course yesterday at the bundesliga in Heubach. I am ok climbing but it was just to long up the hill for me. About 10min straight up then 4min down each lap. My mental energy is lacking and I could not push more. Ended dead on 15th place…
Just started travelling home to my lovely family again. I have really missed them last week. Will be home for a few days before last race of the bundesliga. I am sitting in second in the overal ranks. I will try my best to find my legs and moral to push full gas there.

The bundesliga Sprint in Heubach was cool. I passed the qualify pretty easy and had an ok race in the finals. A bit poor start but worked me up to 5th. Cool ride. Manuel Fumic won.
I have had a cool week at alexandras house, thanks for the hospitality. Great.
Tomorrow xc race on a crazy course. About 12min constant uphill and then down the downhill course. I crashed hard on my practice lap today… Mr no control..
