Super ride today. Another 5h in the bank with great company. I feel really good on the bike and I enjoy every moment of pedaling. Sometimes I would have liked to ride more, but an already pretty intensive scheduale makes it tough to do to much.
I am happy about life and I really do my best to improve and get strong for 2012. I had and ok 2011 but I am not that happy about my racing in the worldcup. I had to much problems and in my position I have to be faster. I always try my best but that can also be my problem. Not enough energy for all races.
Let’s focus all energy towards next season, it is an important year with qualifies for Olympics as main target.

Wow, nice weather today. Anna is working long day today and kindergarten is closed so me and sune are enjoying a boys day. We have been walking around town looking for diggermachines and trucks. We ended up walking around most of town before hitting a restaurant for lunch.
Tomorrow last day of the year, which is going to be celebrated with a 5hour ride. Start 9 from www.allebike.se and their headquarters if someone wants to join. As normal, average speed about 30kms on mtb. Mostly road.
Life is good!
Just seen a documentary about Swedish skateborders back in the days. Great to see these guys growing up, being committed and doing what they really wanted. A few of them are running successful companies today. Hooked for life, is definitely recommended.
Storm outside today. Despite rainy conditions we managed a really nice ride. A bit shorter then planned but a few intensive blocks made it good enough.
I got some bonus training while picking up Sune at kindergarten. I ran there in the rain and back. Tip topp.
