4hour epic mtb ride in the montains this morning. Super cool riding and really fun.

Quick lunch at home before a really cool BMX session in the evening and now just finished dinner.
Good day today. About 5hours biking and great fun. Started on La Poma bikepark on the coast close to Barcelona.
We did some trials on flat pedals. Really good and important training. Some pumping in the pumptrack, some jumping and cornering.
Short lunch and then a longer ride on the trails close to Oscars house. It has been a super day and both mine and Fabians hands are hurting…

A bit of rain today but not to much. Started of with some cornering and feeling on the bike action. It felt a bit awkward in beginning but both Fabian and me found some rhythm. Nice trails here and great fun. Late lunch and now relaxing in casa Oscar.
