Last two days in Spain were great. Fabian left early Sunday morning and I rode a long and steady ride on the road. Lots of cyclists on the roads a Sunday in Spain. I like riding on my own sometimes. I thought about the week and made some reminders to think about every now and then.
Monday me and Oscar had a great ride from the sea in Tarragona to an old monastery cold Santa creus. Really cool building and a great way of ending 8 days of quality training and reflections from past years and years to come.
I feel stronger and stronger and I am really enjoying my riding at the moment. I look forward to build my form step by step towards the season.
Today a super relax day. Tired after some good training and a late arrival yesterday night. I am coughing really bad at night still so not ideal sleep. Asthma is fun…..

Perfect day on the bike today but it ended a bit ro early with a stone crashing Fabian rear derailleur completely. We tied it up with some tape and pushed him home. Lycky enough that it was mostly downhill.
A few intervalls both going up and down. I felt really good on both so I am happy but tired now. We just finished lunch in front of the computer and worldcup racing cyclocross. Cool with team mate Aernouts in 3rd and the U-23 guys smashing the field completely.
Fabian travels home tomorrow but I stay a extra couple of days. Will miss him. It has been great fun riding so far.

Downhill riding today on a course they use for their National series. Brian Lopez won last years round on a 2.58. I managed to do 3.45 as best on a Giant glory that Oscar had in his garage. Lucky for us that he was willing to shuttle us up and down the mountain.
