After a nice week with the team in Holland, we headed to England for their first round in the British National Series, held in Sherwood Pines Forest Park.
Todays race was on a very fast track with a lot of singletrack and fast flowing grawelroads.
I decided to shake things up from the start and attacked directly at the first singletrail. It worked out well and I found myself alone in the front for the rest of the 6laps. We rode at the same time as other categories so it was a bit to busy on the track sometimes. I got tangled up in some traffic and almost got caught by Team mate Marco Minnard who got second today.
It´s always great to win and I travel home with a good feeling. Will now spend some quality time at home before next adventure starts in 2 weeks.

Got a nice package in the mail the other day. My friends Andreas Danielsson and Martin Stenmarck did one hell of a trip to Mont Everest last year. They took part in Yak Attack, a MTB stagerace up and down the famous mountains. Not all the way up to the top, but something like 5500metres above sealevel is rather high.
Andreas is the man who helped me take the step from a promising junior to the pro world. Martin Stenmarck is one of the most famous singers in Sweden and also a fellow mtbiker. These great guys has recorded a few cool songs inspired from their adventure and if you are interested in spending a nice time reading, watching and listening, follow the link below.

Enjoy!
At home again and the snow is pouring down outside. When I landed it was great spring weather but after this mornings indoor session in the basement I came up in winterland again. Crazy!
Cyprus was great. I have been there every year except one since 2005 and I think this year was so far the best weather. We had some showers but nothing to complain about. The team had some good results and also a lot of quality training.
It feels super to bhe at home a couple of weeks. Sune is growing and has started to understand more and more. He is now doing his afternoon nap, but will soon be up and running again. He is teaching me how all the animals sound… Great!
Next up on my calendar is Team presentation in Holland and also a race in Great Britain. Looking forward to some quality time at home and some good training before we kick of the next period of racing. I feel very relaxed after the “test” in Cyprus. Now building strenght and confidence for april and the adventures to come. looking forward to it!
