Worlds…
Rinding the CX worlds was one hell of an adventure. All the people that come to cheer on the riders makes the whole thing to a race to remember. Incredible feeling!
Starting from mor or less last position is not that fun, especially when you enter the first corner with full trottle and no brakes… I worked my way up to about 35th after a lap and then got my self up to 26th in the end. The race was solid and I was happy to keep a quite good speed during the whole race. Crazy fast cornering and I don´t feel 100% on the cx-bike to let it roll without adjusting the speed by braking.
You never know if I maybe do some more serious CX-racing in the future =) But for upcoming years I am 100% focused on MTB. They are talking about discbrakes though, then we are talking…
I am now travelling back home for a few weeks before the MTB season starts. Looking forward to some MTBking.
Thanks for all the cheering, you rock!
Ps. Probably the only rider riding with an MTB helmet today, including the “peak”. Thats my signum, just so you know =)
