I will not race the relay at worlds tomorrow. I have super form but my last performances has been rather up and down and we feel like it´s a lot better to let Magnus Darvell, who as showed great form to race. Sweden have a super team and they will go hard for it! Go guys!
The course is super here. Tecnical and very high intensity. I like it! I am still frustrated about my racing going so up and down, but I think positive, it can all change very quick.

Riding so bad in races, and I feel like a big rollercoaster. Up, down and everywhere where I don´t want to ride. I know I am in good condition physically, but mentally my body completely block it self and I cant get the power out in the legs while racing. The year has been far from what I expected from myself and I feel disappointed. I am not the man that gives up that easily and I will fight my way back into it again. Just back home at my mums place after todays race. Cykelvasan, one of the biggest Marathon races in Scandinavia, and soon probably one of the worlds largest Marathons. After a fast and flat race with an average speed of 34.00 kms/h, I crossed the line as second. I was in the winning break of the day together with the winner Magnus Darvell, Kalas CK. I did a big misstake in the last corner with 500m to go and crashed hard. Was as fast up on the bike again but Magnus won by 3 seconds.
I felt like I had control over the race and had super legs during the entire race. Marathons like these are mor or less like roadracing, not my speciality but good preparation for upcoming races. By the way, the race was won on a cyclocross bike but with a straight handlebar… Roadracing? =)
I will stay in the area where I was born a few days for a trainingcamp with a few other guys from the National team, and then back home to Alingsås.
It won´t be any racing next weekend and then flying to the US on monday.
