After Roc D´azur have I spent my days moving to a house outside Alingsås. Normally I take a few weeks without riding my bike after the last race of the season. I haven´t touched my bike since finishing the Roc and I feel great =)
I have been active in other kind of sports such as running, gym and my latest thing skike. Skikes are offroad skies and it´s as close to X-country skiing you can come during summer. I am enjoying it big time and I have already done about 100kms =)

I will soon start pedaling again and build for 2010. I am really happy about life and we have a few ideas for training this winter.
Take care/ E
After flat 54kms I didn’t have legs enough to sprint for the victory. The race was won by Jelmer Pietersma who rode strong all day.
Now I stay in Holland for a couple of days after going to France on thursday. I have a dead computer so it will be a lack of updates until I come home and have someone to get a look at it.
Full gas/E
At the moment in Holland and will race in Gieten tomorrow. After that I race the classic Roc d´azur in France next Sunday.
After Schladming I got sick. I spent about a week in bed, but now I feel better again. I am looking forward to the last races before I will take a couple of weeks off. We will spend a few days moving to a house, about 20kms from Alingsås.
The days will all be about enjoying life!

At the start in Champéry
Cheers/ E
