Didn´t manage to reload my batteries for last worldcup. I was feeling tired all week after Champéry and tried my very best to recover. Knowing that most of the riders felt the same I tried my best to move up to the front group in the first lap. I made it to 20st place but I couldn´t hold on to it. I fought my best trough the whole race and finished around 50st I say.
In upcoming weeks you will find out my plans for the future. It looks interesting =)

Tomorrow last Worldcup of the year and it´s held in Schladming, Austria. The start is at 14.30 and it will be on at http://freecaster.tv/live/mtb/1007121/nissan-uci-mountain-bike-world-cup-schladming-xco
I have had a nice week here in Hotel Hartweger about 20min by bike from the course. Must admit that I have been rather dead since Champéry. On the bike have I been rather OK so thats good. Today was last training before the race and I did a couple of laps on the course. Due to rain it´s quite slippery but the forecast says good weather tomorrow.
Now time for some rest which means bed-book-ipod =) and later eurosport and the Vuelta.
All for now/E

Had a solid race today and I am super happy about my 11th place. I had a really good start, going up from 50 at the grid to 4th in the first corner. Staring to become my trademark to do really good starts. Riding around 5th for long but lack of power to keep up with the others. Honestly I was riding on eggs for most of the race. Last thing I wanted was another mechanical problem. It´s still a bit unusual to ride in the top of the race and as a result of that sometimes I ride on the absolute limit which is sometimes causing problems with the material. As I´m getting more and more use to it I will be able to ride more relaxed.
Next up will be the worldcup finals in Schladming, Austria next Saturday.
A big thanks to all of you following my racing. You are a big part of the success.
Cheers/E
