Sometimes I enjoy a race or two on the roadbike despite being a true MTBiker. Today I raced 250 metres from my apartment in Alingsås. I had a good race without taking to many risks during the 1,9kms course. Completed 1hour 15min of good training and finished in the front group. Now I´m done for bed. Thursday time to leave for Norway.

A week has flown by and I have done a lot of hours in the saddle and a few in the gym. I like to come back home and spend some time on familiar roads. The weather has been a bit up and down, but as a true Scandinavian I like it. Just in after a muddy ride =) Next race in my calendar will be http://www.grenserittet.no then I travel down to Switzerland for the classic race in Bern.

National Champs are over and I am at home in Alingsås again. Yesterday IK Hakarpspojkarna, www.andersljungberg.net, http://cannondaleludvigsson.blogspot.com/ and myself won the Team Relay. Super!
I will have a couple of days with no biking and I will try to recover as best as possible. I have a sore shoulder and hip since a crash Wednesday and more or less no appetite. Nothing a few days of easy activities can resolve.
