Not a good race today. Apart from still having some symptoms of fatigue in my body after Cape Epic, I got in to a big start crash. With a twisted front derailleur, I had to stop twice to turn it to place the first lap… I found my self outside the top 100 when I restarted. I am really disappointed.

I am currently in South Africa doing my best to recover from the Cape Epic, were we finished 3rd overall. Cool race with great atmosphere. In one week, 11th of april, it´s time for the first round of the worldcup 2009 down here in Pietermarizburg. Unfortunately I had a small crash with injured knee this week. Because of that I won´t be able to race this weekend but instead recover and get things back on track.
