Have had tough days trying to sort out my allergies problem. I am normally one who doesn´t like to take medicines but now I am forced to do something. For the moment I´m feeling a bit better but way from super. I am trying my best to not stress and I hope things will be better soon.
Upcoming weekend will be spent in Houffalize, Belgium and the worldcup. I will race and I hope I will feel better.

Big problems with allergies make racing and training difficult. I have had a couple of weeks with a blocked nose. I have been thinking in positive manners and the rest of my body is ok. Offenburg wasn´t a good race but I am not giving up so easy. I be back soon!!!

Emil is now traveling trough Germany and today he made a sprint-race of the Bundesliga in Musingen. He logged a 6th place with a time of 1min17sec. He didn´t have the legs in the first heat to qualify for further racing.
Tomorrow he will line up to race the first round of the German Bundesliga, also held in Munsingen.
