Bad day at todays race in Limassol. I started OK but on the 2nd lap I puncture my front tire and had to run half a lap to next feedzone. I wasn´t feeling super today and my concentration wasn´t at top and I made a small misstake that costed me to much time to be able to finish the race in the top. I rode through the race as training for upcomming races.
Tomorrow I leave for Sweden a couple of days before leaving for South Africa and the Cape Epic.

After a cold and rainy race in the Cyrus mountains, I finished once again 2nd. Jaroslav Kulhavy won todays stage as well. I had a bit tired legs duning the first half of the race. My 2 last laps were good and I had the winner in sight. I didn´t have power enough to catch him before the line, but made up some ground tough.
I am happy about my feeling and to finish 2nd overall at Afxentia stagerace. Now I have 7 days left on the camp at Cyprus and I will spend quality time at the bike before going home to Sweden a few days.
Next up is The fourt and last stage of Sunshine cup. It´s held in Limasol, about 45 minutes by bike from Kalavasos, where we stay.

2nd again at the Point to point race of the Afxentia stagerace. The winner Jaroslav Kulhavy was a bit to strong for me today as well. I had very good legs and tried as much as i could to keep his speed at the long climb. I lost a bit to much to be able to close the gap in the downhill towards the finish.
Better feeling every day and I am enjoying my time despite rain and cold weather.
Tomorrow a classic XC-race. I guess we will see many tired legs. Hope mine are ok =)
