WC #1 Albstadt!
When the rain started about 1h before the start I felt ready to rock. Got a good start and entered the first trail in 3rd position. I must admit that I got a bit surprised it was that slippery out there. I knew it was going to be slick but not that bad. I messed up a corner and went down and after that I had a bit of a problem finding my technical skills. Rode a bit all over the place and decided to take a stop in the pit to change front wheel. I was in about 13th I think but lost a few places during the stop. Got it going rather good again but suffered.
I must say that I am a bit disapointed. Thought I had a bit more to go than 20th but that´s racing. I keep on working and it we be a better day. New chance already next week in Nove Mesto, CZE.
